Hamner, Jewell & Associates provides a multitude of services for utility companies, including access coordination and easement acquisition.  Clients have included municipalilties, Counties, PG&E, the Central Valley Infrastructure Network, and SoCal Gas Company. Projects have included seismic studies, pipelines, and transmission corridors, as well as axillary facilities. Hamner, Jewell & Associates is a certified WBE through the Utilities Clearinghouse.
