Hamner, Jewell & Associates specializes in acquiring rights of way and property rights for roadways, waterlines, sewer lines, utilities, recreational trails, housing and redevelopment projects, capital improvements and other public needs.  We have acquired access rights, air rights, slope easements, drainage easements, utility easements, pipeline easements, landscaping easements, roadway easements, temporary construction and staging area easements, as well as "fee" interests for well sites, tank sites pump station sites, parks, public parking lots, housing and redevelopment projects, and all other types of capital project needs.  We've acquired parcels of land for City facilities like transportation centers and city halls, treatment plant sites, housing,redevelopment projects, and for the State Court of Appeals building in Ventura, California.

We can work on projects requiring a single property purchase, or large regional projects involving miles of pipelines or blocks of properties.  We provide mandated relocation assistance in conjunction with the acquisition of any occupied properties.
